I like to do normal things too.

Camping

I love the outdoors, and there's plenty of outdoor beauty in Northern California. Whether it be the Trinity Shasta Alps, the Marble Moutains, the Redwoods, Lassen National Park, or even the more populated parks such as King's Canyon, Yosemite and Sequoia National Park, there's always something new in them thar old hills. If you know of any great camping spots... how about letting me in on them. I won't tell a soul.

Born and Brainwashed a Chicagoan

Once a Chicagoan, always a Chicago fan at heart. Although I don't follow sports as much as I used to, you're likely to hear me mutter 'da Bears, da Bulls, and da White Sox' sometime during the season. If you have any Chicago sports info, let me in on it. For those who are familiar with Chicago, or even just planning on being there some day, I used to work at the Museum of Science and Industry. It's an absolutely wonderful place to spend a day ... or two.

Places of Travel

I had the fortune of going to mainland China for three weeks and Hong Kong for a week while in college. It was a wonderful experience I'll never forget. I've also had a chance to play in Cancun twice, Cabo San Lucas, Disney World twice and Hawaii eight times. Ok, so I like Hawaii.

Other Interests

I participate in various sports such as bicycling, volleyball, basketball, softball, aerobics and bowling. (i.e. I have trouble keeping focused.)

Of course being entertained is as much fun as entertaining. There's always so much, and so little time.

Home Therapy

It has been said, and I believe it's true, that there's therapy in doing gardening, yardwork, cooking, etc. I have experienced this myself. It's soothing for the soul. Currently, I feel I don't need to have any more therapy. If anyone wishes to enrich themselves, the lawn needs mowing on Saturdays (no charge).
